We're here to ensure your success as a Scentsy consultant. Between the four of us on Team Madness, we have a lot of experience, a lot of ideas, a lot of resources, and a lot of time to devote to you. We'll give you all the knowledge and resources you need to get started with Scentsy, build your business, and ensure your long-term success.
Here's a quick run-down of everything we'll do to support you...
1. We'll call you within 24 hours of joining our team! We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. We'll give you our personal contact information so you can get hold of us any time.
2. We'll be available to answer questions and help you out whenever you need us. One of the benefits of having a four-person team is that at least one of us is available at pretty much all the time. We'll give you the personal attention you need to get your questions answered and give you ideas for improving your business. Between the four of us, we have a broad range of experience, knowledge, and ideas, all of which we're glad to share with you.
3. We'll send you the Team Madness Newsletter every month. Via our monthly newsletter, we'll keep you up to date on new products and specials. And we'll also share ideas about how to throw better parties, how to build your own team, how to save on taxes (Jessica's husband is a tax guy), how to sell on the Internet, and much more. Our team members LOVE our monthly newsletter!
4. We'll give you access to the Team Madness Forum online. This is the place our team comes together to share ideas, share stories, ask questions, get answers, and help each other. The forum is only available to our team members (access is password-protected).
5. A couple of us are Internet gurus (if we do say so ourselves) with years of online marketing experience. We're glad to share our Internet marketing knowledge with you and teach you how to:
- Create your own website so you can advertise your products online and start building your own team
- Customize, personalize, and optimize your website (you don't need any web background at all)
- Promote, market, and drive traffic to your website
